unacceptable for anyone who cares about real energy independence. For

517 as early as this week.
Senate recess begins March 25, 2002 so if S 517 does not pass this week,
it will be brought up after the Senate reconvenes on April 8, 2002.
Please also consider meeting with your Senator(s) if S 517 fails to
pass
before recess. If your Senators don't hear from you they will vote
for
the industry.
