Subject: Energy Briefing Summaries

Dear EESI Friend:

As energy concerns continue to dominate the news and a national energy policy is being debated, the Environmental and Energy Study Institute (EESI) is pleased to provide you four Congressional briefing summaries that offer a variety of solutions for the nation’s energy challenges that can be implemented in the short and long term.

Throughout the past year, EESI conducted a variety of Congressional briefings which discussed renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies, the role they can play in addressing the energy crisis, the role of federal tax incentives, and how Midwest businesses are reducing greenhouse gas emissions and building the economy. The summaries can be found on our website: http://www.eesi.org/publications/pubs.htm.

It is a pdf file and requires acrobat reader for viewing. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can get it free. Please go to <http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/main.html> If you have any problems with opening up the PDF format, please contact Adobe Support at: <http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/topissuesacr.htm>
