In January 2002, NIRS and WISE merged the Nuclear Monitor and WISE News
Communique into a new Nuclear Monitor. The Nuclear Monitor now has an international
edition (available in English on the WISE
website), a North American Edition, Spanish, Ukrainian and Japanese Editions.
