Display Tables Registration

A limited number of exhibit tables for non-governmental organizations and sustainable energy companies will be available at the Chornobyl+20: Remembrance for the Future conference in Kyiv, Ukraine April 23-25, 2006. These tables are located in the high-traffic lobby of the conference venue, the House of the Teacher, in downtown Kyiv. This will be a major international conference, with several hundred interested and active participants expected to participate. Efforts also are being made to attract regional and local officials from across Ukraine to visit the exhibit hall, making it an attractive venue for companies promoting sustainable energy products.

The tabling fee for the conference is 60 Euros for NGOs and 150 Euros for others. NGOs may reserve ½ table for 35 Euros. Each table includes 2 chairs (one chair for ½ table). Tables are being made available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The conference fee is 50 Euros per person, which includes lunch on April 24 and 25. Accommodations are separate. Lodging in Kyiv generally runs anywhere from 40 to 300 Euros per night, depending on the venue. If you want assistance in obtaining suitable lodging, please let us know. Dinners can range from about 4 Euros in popular cafeterias to the stratosphere, depending on your tastes.
